Processing & Polices

Returns: 

We do not accept returns. If you should have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations: 

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. Once the 24 hours is up, we cannot cancel. 

Exchanges: 

We gladly accept SIZE exchanges withing 48 hours or delivery date. Please contact us and return the item to:

Once the item is received and approved, we will ship out a new exchange within 5-7 Business Days

*PLEASE NOTE: items cannot be worn and must in new condition 

PROCESSING TIME: 

Our current processing time is 5-7 Business Days (REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SPEED PURCHASED AT CHECKOUT). We do try to get items out as quick as possible. If you should need your item in a rush and would like to be pushed to the front of the line (processing 2-4 Business Days) please purchase RUSH PROCESSING ORDER 

*PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing expedited shipping you are NOT PURCHASING EXPEDITED PROCESSING. Processing time will remain the same 5-7 Business days (excludes USPS reconized holidays and weekends)

*IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for items that are processed and shipped out within the 5-7 business day processing time. If we SHIP an item out by the 7th BUSINESS day, the item cannot be returned if it did not make it to you in the time you were hoping for. Please see that we do offer RUSH ORDER PROCESSING and be sure to contact us if you should need your item by a specific date. ALL listings are made to order and do take a little bit of love and pixie dust. We do try to help best we can with dates if we are aware of them. Thank you for understanding! 

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING:

We currently use USPS. Standard shipping is 2-5 Business Days. Express shipping is 1-3 Business Days (this does not include our processing time). Once items are in the hands of USPS we do not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses entered per customer, non-deliverable address, and or deliveries that show delivered to the correct address but are deemed missing by the customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages that show delivered. If you should have any questions in regards to your delivery status or issues, please contact USPS directly. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We currently use USPS. Standard shipping can take 2-4 Weeks (this does not include our processing time). Once items are in the hands of USPS we do not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses entered per customer, non-deliverable addresses, and or lost or stolen packages that show delivered. A customs fee MAY incur. There is no possible way of knowing if your order will be checked at customs and if this fee will apply, it is completely random. Please contact your local post office to pay these fees or if you should have any questions. We do not take responsibility for any customs fees.
